Personal Journey & Studies 

My interest in natural health and meditation practice began in 2002, after my first trip to India at age 19. I trained as a Sivananda Yoga Teacher in India in 2005. 
A short time after this I did Melody’s Love Is In The Earth, Level 1 Melody Crystal Healing Workshop. 
By age 24 I began my studies of Ayurvedic medicine at Middlesex University in London and 5 years laster I graduated with an BSc and MSc Ayurvedic Medicine. Natural health and natural living have been an integral part of who I am for the last 20 years. 
I have experimented and enjoyed cooking since age 11, cooking meals for my family.
I use my knowledge of healing foods and love of cooking to support clients with healthy eating and special diets. 
 
For the last 4 years I have been studying and practicing Evolutionary Astrology. A powerful paradigm used to uncover the karmic patterns of the soul's evolutionary journey. I completed Ari Moshe Wolfe’s Heart & Soul Centred Astrology, Complete Training Program and I am currently taking part in Ari’s Advanced Practice Classes.
I have also spent time studying Demetria George's work on the astroid goddess's.
I am also currently studying applied Jungian psychology with the Centre of Applied Jungian Studies.   
I grew up with an Astrologer mother, and although I practice Evolutionary Astrology which is different to her lineage, the divinatory arts my mother has practiced through out my life have had a deep impact on me. 
 
I have always danced, movement has always been my healing, my medicine. I transitioned from belly dance, to African dance, dancehall and street dance, salsa and twerking. This, along with my study of tantra and sacred sexuality has brought me to sensual embodiment practices that are incredibly powerful. I believe that as we connect to our sensuality we connect to our inner innate power, helping us to bring forth into being what we want to create in this life, embracing who we truly are and the immense power within us.

In the last four years of my life I have been on a profound journey of awakening. Awakening my sexuality, awakening my grief, awakening to fully being and feeling. Although this awakening was initiated by several personal tragedies and much loss, I am grateful for all of it and where it has taken me, as it has brought me closer to my self and the essence of who I am, who we all are: Love.
